In 2017, the population of Delran was 16,623 according to the United States Census Bureau. So it’s pretty much a small town. That being the case, it definitely has a small town feel. Many times when I’m out and about a run into people I know or went to high school with.

They say in real estate it’s all about location, location, location. If you plan on moving to Delran NJ then you are in a fantastic location! You are 30 minutes away from Philadelphia, an hour and a half from New York City and Atlantic City, and an hour from the closest shore point. Not to mention there are plenty of retail establishments and great places to eat right here in town.
